Do I need an appointment?
For hearing tests and fittings, yes. Please call (518) 210-5440. If your hearing aid has stopped working, call us right away and we'll treat it with urgency.
Will people notice I'm wearing them?
Modern hearing aids are small and discreet. We'll show you the options so you can choose a style you're comfortable with.
Can I connect hearing aids to my phone and TV?
Yes. Many current hearing aids stream calls, music, video and TV audio directly to your ears. We'll set it up and make sure you're comfortable using it.
Does insurance cover hearing aids?
Coverage varies by plan. Empire Plan enrollees can ask about options that may leave no out-of-pocket cost. Call us and we'll help you find out what's covered.
